fa مطالعه الگوی رفتار مدیریت پایدار پسماندهای غذایی خانگی در شهر تهران A Study on the behavioral pattern of sustainable municipal food waste management in Tehran عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: اگرچه پیش‌زمینه‌ افزایش پسماندهای غذایی چالش‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی است، لیکن مشارکت عمومی در مدیریت اصولی پسماندهای غذایی نقشی حیاتی دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ضرورت و نقش مشارکت شهروندی و طراحی مدل رفتار مدیریت پایدار پسماندهای غذایی خانگی در شهر تهران است. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر به لحاظ پارادایم کمی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، شامل 2/239/907 خانوار شهر تهران بودند که از این تعداد 384 خانوار با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش طبقه ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی و ظاهری آن توسط پانلی از اساتید ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی و صاحبنظران حوزه پسماند مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. مقدار پایایی آلفای کرونباخ (0/78 تا 0/92) نشان از پایایی ابزار تحقیق بود. به منظور تعیین قدرت متغیرهای مستقل در پیشگویی متغیر وابسته تحقیق، از تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مطابق با نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر و آماره R2، متغیرهای نیت شهروندان درخصوص مدیریت پایدار پسماندهای غذایی، نگرش زیست محیطی، آگاهی و دانش زیست محیطی، دلبستگی مکانی، رضایتمندی و اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان در مجموع توانستند 67 درصد از تغییرات واریانس رفتار مشارکتی شهروندان در مدیریت پایدار پسماندهای غذایی را تبیین کنند.  نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد که آگاهی و نگرش محیط‌زیستی شهروندان نقش مهمی در مشارکت آن‌ها در مدیریت پایدار پسماندهای غذایی دارد. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، هرچه شهروندان اطلاعات بیشتری درباره پیامدهای محیط‌زیستی پسماندهای غذایی داشته باشند، تمایل آن‌ها به همکاری و مشارکت در مدیریت بهینه پسماند افزایش می‌یابد. بنابراین، تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی مؤثر برای افزایش سطح آگاهی و بهبود نگرش محیط‌زیستی شهروندان، امری ضروری است که می‌تواند به بهبود رفتارهای مشارکتی در این حوزه کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Although cultural and educational challenges contribute to the rising levels of food waste, public participation plays a crucial role in its fundamental management. This study aims to investigate the significance of citizen engagement and to develop a behavioral model for sustainable household food waste management in Tehran. Materials and Methods: This study adopts a quantitative research paradigm and was conducted using a survey method. The statistical population comprised 2,239,907 households in Tehran, from which a sample of 384 households was selected based on Krejcie and Morgan’s sampling table, using a stratified random sampling method with proportional allocation. Data were collected through a researcher-designed questionnaire, the content and face validity of which were confirmed by a panel of professors in agricultural extension and education, as well as experts in waste management. The reliability of the questionnaire was supported by Cronbach's alpha values ranging from 0.78 to 0.92. Path analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) in LISREL software was employed to evaluate the predictive power of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Results: According to the results of the path analysis and the R² statistic, the variables of citizens' intention toward sustainable food waste management, environmental attitude, environmental awareness and knowledge, place attachment, satisfaction, and social trust collectively explained 67% of the variance in citizens' participatory behavior related to sustainable food waste management. Conclusion: The findings indicate that citizens' environmental awareness and attitudes play a significant role in their participation in sustainable food waste management. In other words, individuals with greater knowledge of the environmental consequences of food waste are more likely to adopt effective waste management practices. Therefore, the development and implementation of targeted educational programs aimed at enhancing public awareness and fostering positive environmental attitudes are essential.
