fa بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین در خاک های سطحی کشاورزی محدوده مرکز دفن میاندوآب Investigation of heavy metal concentrations in agricultural topsoil of Miandoab landfill area عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: فلزات سنگین به علت سمیت، ماندگاری در شرایط طبیعی، قابلیت ورود و تجمع (تجمع زیستی و بزرگنمایی زیستی) در زنجیره های غذایی، به عنوان آلوده کننده های جدی تلقی می گردند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین Pb، Cd، Cu، Zn، Cr، Fe و Ni در خاک های سطحی کشاورزی محدوده مرکز دفن میاندوآب بوده است. روش بررسی: در این پایش پس از بازدید منطقه، 57 نمونه خاک از عمقcm  20-0 برداشت شد. پس از آماده سازی و هضم نمونه ها در آزمایشگاه، توسط دستگاه پلاسمای جفت شده القایی (ICP-OES) مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. شاخص پتانسیل خطر اکولوژیک (PERI) و شاخص زمین انباشتگی (Igeo)، آزمون مؤلفه های اصلی (PCA) و همبستگی پیرسون (Pearson’s Correlation)، آنالیز خوشه ای (Cluster) و آزمون تی منفرد (One-T-test) استفاده شد. پردازش آماری نتایج نیز با نرم افزار آماری SPSS انجام یافت. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج آزمون تی منفرد میانگین غلظت فلزات Pb، Cd، Cu، Zn، Cr، Ni تفاوت معناداری با غلظت زمینه شان در خاک نداشت (0/05<p) و این تفاوت فقط برای فلز Fe معنا دار بود (0/05<p) که حاکی از منشأ زمین شناسی این عنصر بود. شاخص پتانسیل خطر اکولوژیک، با میانگین 46/95 در محدوده خطر کم قرار داشت. بر اساس نتایج آزمون مؤلفه های اصلی (PCA) عامل اول با کروم، سرب و آهن، عامل دوم با روی و مس وعامل سوم با کادمیوم بطور مثبت و معناداری مرتبط بود. مطابق نتایج آنالیز خوشه ای، آهن بطور عمده وابسته به منابع طبیعی آن بود. بر اساس نتایج شاخص زمین انباشتگی تمامی فلزات به جز فلز مس در 2 ایستگاه (2 و 4 غیر‌آلوده تا کمی آلوده) در طبقه غیرآلوده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: منشأ حضور عناصر، وابسته به عوامل طبیعی و انسانی است. بطور خاص کروم، سرب و کادمیوم با احتمال زیاد از منابع انسان ساخت و آهن از منابع طبیعی است. کاهش غلظت فلزات را می توان به دلایلی از جمله شخم های مداوم و سالیانه، عدم فعالیت مرکز دفن پسماند، جذب زیستی توسط محصولات زراعی، خاکشویی و انتقال به اعماق پایین تر عنوان نمود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Heavy metals are regarded as serious contaminants due to their toxicity, persistence in natural conditions, and ability to enter and accumulate (bioaccumulation and biomagnification) in food chains. The aim of this study was to investigate the concentrations of the heavy metals Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Cr, Fe and Ni in surface agricultural soils of the Miandoab landfill area. Materials and Methods: In this study, 57 soil samples were collected from a depth of 0-20 cm. After preparing and digesting in the laboratory, the samples were analyzed using a inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP-OES). The Ecological Risk Potential Index (EPRI), Earth Accumulation Index (Igeo), Principal Components Test (PCA) Pearson's Correlation, Cluster Analysis, and One-T-test were utilized. Statistical processing was conducted using SPSS software. Results: According to the results of the single T-test, the average concentrations of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Cr, Ni did not significantly differ from their background concentration in the soil (p≥0.05). A significant difference was pbserved only for Fe (p<0.05), indicating a geological origin for this element. The EPRI was within the low-risk range, with an average value of 46.95. PCA revealed that the first factor was positively associated with Cr, Pb and Fe; the second factor with Zn and Cu; and the third factor with Cd. Cluster analysis showed that Fe was predominantly influenced by natural resources. According to the land accumulation index, all metals, except Cu, were classified non-polluted or slightly polluted at stations 2 and 4. Conclusion: The origin of elements is related to both natural and human factors. Specifically, Cr, Pb and Cd are more likely to originate from man-made sources, while Fe primarily comes from natural sources.
