fa واکاوی دانش، نگرش و رفتار کشاورزان در استفاده ایمن از آفت کش ها و تجربه ریسک‌های سلامت حین کاربرد آن در شهرستان گلوگاه، استان مازندران، ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">: کاربرد آفت&shy; کش &shy;ها جهت مبارزه با آفات و بیماری &shy;های گیاهی ضروری است. مصرف گسترده و غیرایمن آفت &shy;کش &shy;ها توسط کشاورزان ریسک &shy;های مختلفی برای سلامت انسان&shy; ها و محیط &shy;زیست در پی داشته است. بر این اساس در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی دانش، نگرش و رفتار کشاورزان درباره کاربرد آفت‌کش‌ها و مشکلات سلامتی ناشی از استفاده آنها پرداخته می‌شود.</span><br> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;">&nbsp;<strong>روش بررسی</strong>: روش تحقیق پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه هدف کلیه کشاورزان و باغداران شهرستان گلوگاه، استان مازندران به تعداد 6170 نفر است. نمونه &shy;ها به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله&shy; ای از 2 دهستان و 13 روستا انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات از طریق 397 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. برای پردازش داده‌های تحقیق از آزمون &shy;های آماری من &shy;ویتنی، کروسکال والیس، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدل رگرسیون استفاده شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"> پاسخگویان دانش کافی درخصوص مصرف ایمن آفت&shy; کش&shy; ها ندارند. نگرش پاسخگویان نسبت به مصرف آفت&shy; کش&shy; ها مثبت بود. بیشتر پاسخگویان اقدامات ایمنی را کمتر لحاظ می &shy;کنند و کاربرد وسایل حفاظت شخصی موثر (ماسک، دستکش و عینک حفاظتی) و دفع بهداشتی باقیمانده آفت&shy; کش&shy; ها کمتر لحاظ می&shy;شود. سرگیجه، مشکلات پوستی، سردرد و استفراغ از شایع‌ترین علائم بیماری&shy; های ناشی از کار با آفت&shy; کش&shy; ها است. یافته &shy;های تحلیل رگرسیونی بیانگر این بود که برخورداری از دانش و نگرش مناسب درخصوص مصرف ایمن آفت&shy; کش &shy;ها تاثیر مثبتی بر ارتقای رفتار ایمنی حین مصرف دارد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"> ارتقای دانش مرتبط با اقدامات ایمنی و تشویق به استفاده از اقدامات حفاظتی اثربخش مانند پوشیدن ماسک، عینک محافظ و دستکش باید در اولویت برنامه &shy;های آموزشی و ترویجی باشد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objective</strong>: pesticides are essential to protect plants from pests and diseases. Extensive and unsafe use of pesticides by farmers pose various risks to human health and the environment. Therefore, the present study evaluates farmers&#39; knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding pesticides use and the health problems associated with their use.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this human-research survey the target population consisted of 6170 farmers and fruit growers in Galogah County, Mazandaran province, were included. Multi-stage cluster sampling was used to select samples within 2 sub-districts and 13 villages, and the information was collected through 379 questionnaires. Statistical tests such as Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis H, Spearman Correlation and Linear Regression were used to analyze the obtained data.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The respondents have no sufficient knowledge regarding the safe use of pesticides. Respondents&#39; attitudes toward the impacts of pesticide use were positive. The safety measures were less considered by majority of respondents. Moreover, the results revealed that personal protective equipment (mask, gloves and, goggles) and safe disposal of pesticide residues are not fully taken into consideration. The dizziness, skin problems, headache and vomiting were the most common symptoms of pesticide-related illnesses.
