1.0pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با وجود بهبود قابل توجه کیفیت هوا در سال 1397 در تهران و کمتر شدن میانگین غلظت‌های اکثر آلاینده‌ها در مقایسه با سال‌های قبل، کیفیت هوا در این کلانشهر کماکان با مقادیر رهنمود سازمان جهانی بهداشت و استاندارد ملی فاصله دارد. </span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف این مطالعه، برآورد اثرات آلودگی هوا بر سلامت در شهر تهران و با لحاظ نمودن توزیع مکانی </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ذرات معلق هوا با قطر 2/5 میکرومتر و کمتر </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">(PM_2.5) </span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و توزیع مکانی جمعیت، در تعیین میزان مواجهه است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه، ضمن معرفی تابع</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">غلظت-پاسخ </span></span><span dir="LTR">GEMM</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">BenMAP-CE</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، مرگ و میر منتسب به مواجهه بلند مدت با </span></span><span dir="LTR">PM_2.5</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> هوای آزاد و توزیع مکانی آن در تهران برای سال‌های 1396 و 1397 از این طریق تخمین زده ‌شده است. داده‌های غلظت ساعتی </span></span><span dir="LTR">PM_2.5</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ایستگاه‌های سنجش کیفیت هوا جهت تخمین میزان غلظت </span></span><span dir="LTR">PM_2.5</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> برای 349 محله تهران استفاده ‌شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که میانگین غلظت مواجهه با </span></span><span dir="LTR">PM_2.5</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> وزن‌دهی شده با جمعیت در شهر تهران در سال‌های 1396 و 1397 برابر </span></span><span dir="LTR">&micro;g/m³</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 31/8 و </span></span><span dir="LTR">&nbsp;&micro;g/m³</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">26/2 بوده است. با استفاده از تابع </span></span><span dir="LTR">GEMM</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، در مجموع 377</span></span><span dir="LTR">,</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">7 برآورد شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> توزیع مکانی مرگ‌های منتسب به </span></span><span dir="LTR">PM_2.5</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نشان داد نرخ مرگ منتسب به ازای هر 100 هزار نفر جمعیت، در مناطق 16 و 18 شهرداری تهران از سایر مناطق بالاتر و در منطقه یک از مناطق دیگر پایین‌تر است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objective</strong>: Despite the significant improve in air quality in Tehran in 2018 and reducing the average concentration of most pollutants, compared to previous years, air quality is still far from the WHO air quality guideline level and national air quality standards. The purpose of this study was to estimate the effects of air pollution on health in Tehran by considering the spatial distribution of particulate matter 2.5 micrometers or less in diameter (PM_2.5) and population in determining exposure levels.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: In this study, while introducing the GEMM concentration&ndash;response function and BenMAP-CE software, the mortality attributed to PM_2.5 in Tehran and its distribution for 2017 and 2018 was calculated. Hourly PM_2.5 from monitoring stations used to estimate the mean PM_2.5 for 349 Tehran neighborhoods.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that the average population weighted PM_2.5 concentrations in Tehran in 2017 and 2018 was estimated to be 31.8 and 26.2 &micro;g/m³ respectively.
