fa بررسی شیوع آلودگی به اکسیور (کرمک) در مهدکودک های ایران: مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند Prevalence of enterobius vermicularis (Pinworm) infection in Iranian kindergartens: a systematic review عمومى General مرور ساختاریافته Systematic Review <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: بیماری‌های انگلی از چالش‌های مهم بهداشتی در کودکان به شمار می‌روند، به‌ویژه در محیط‌های جمعی مانند مهدکودک‌ها که شرایط انتقال را فراهم می‌کنند. انگل اکسیور یکی از شایع‌ترین عوامل عفونت‌های روده‌ای در این گروه سنی است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوع و عوامل مرتبط با آلودگی به اکسیور در مهدکودک‌های ایران انجام شده است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند، مقالات منتشر شده تا پایان دی ‌ماه ۱۴۰۳ در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Google Scholar، SID، Magiran، Irandoc، Web of Science،PubMed  و Scopus با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های «انتروبیوزیس»، «انتروبیوس ورمیکولاریس»، «اکسیوروز»، «اکسیور»، «عفونت روده‌ای»، «انگل روده‌ای»، «شیوع»، «کودکان»، «مدارس ابتدایی»، «مراکز پیش‌دبستانی»، «مهدکودک» و «ایران» مورد جست‌وجو قرار گرفتند. از مجموع ۱۱۱۶ مقاله شناسایی ‌شده، ۷۰۷ مورد پس از بررسی عنوان و چکیده حذف شدند و ۳۳۳ مقاله نیز به‌دلیل تکراری بودن کنار گذاشته شدند. در نهایت، ۷۶ مقاله جهت ارزیابی کامل انتخاب شدند که از میان آن‌ها، ۲۴ مقاله مرتبط با شیوع اکسیور در مهدکودک‌های ایران وارد تحلیل نهایی شدند. یافته‌ها: از میان ۲۴ مطالعه مورد بررسی، ۲۳ مورد با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و یک مورد از طریق مصاحبه انجام شده بود. مجموع حجم نمونه این مطالعات برابر با 13/567 کودک بود و میانگین شیوع آلودگی به اکسیور 14/90 درصد برآورد گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: علیرغم بهبود نسبی شرایط بهداشتی، شیوع اکسیور در برخی مهدکودک‌ها همچنان نگران‌کننده است. نقش مسیرهای فعال انتقال و ارتباط آن با عوامل دموگرافیک کودکان، اهمیت شناسایی و مداخله به‌موقع را دوچندان می‌کند. اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی هدفمند برای والدین و کارکنان مهدکودک‌ها، همراه با اقدامات پیشگیرانه منسجم، برای مهار انتقال این انگل ضروری است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Parasitic infections are major public health challenges in children, particularly in group settings such as kindergartens, where conditions for transmission are more favorable. Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm) is one of the most common causes of intestinal infections in this age group. This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of Enterobius infection and associated factors in kindergartens across Iran. Materials and Methods: In this systematic review, articles published up to the end of January 2025 were retrieved from the following databases: Google Scholar, SID, Magiran, Irandoc, Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus using the keywords: “Enterobiasis,” “Enterobius vermicularis,” “Oxyuriasis,” “Oxyur,” “Intestinal infection,” “Intestinal parasite,” “Prevalence,” “Children,” “Elementary schools,” “Preschool centers,” “Kindergarten,” and “Iran.” Out of a total of 1116 identified articles, 707 were excluded after reviewing the title and abstract, and 333 were removed due to duplication. Ultimately, 76 articles were selected for full-text evaluation, from which 24 studies related to the prevalence of Enterobius in Iranian kindergartens were included in the final analysis. Results: Of the 24 studies reviewed, 23 were conducted using questionnaires, and one study utilized interviews. The total sample size across these studies was 13.567 children, and the average prevalence of Enterobius infection was estimated at 14.90 percentage. Conclusion: Despite relative improvements in hygiene conditions, the prevalence of Enterobius infection in some kindergartens remains concerning. The role of active transmission pathways and their association with children's demographic factors highlights the importance of timely identification and intervention.
